The C&MA in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is seeking qualified individuals to add to its church/donor relations team. The ideal candidates will be highly relational, mature Christians with significant ministry experience. A background in banking, taxation, financial planning, and/or sales and marketing will be advantageous. An understanding and commitment to the vision and mission of The Alliance is essential.

Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Familiarity with computer-based data management.

Relocation may not be necessary.
